I am so glad to see a website such as Dr Gitanjali’s which will be life changing in the way we eat, we think about food and what we eat and finally the way we feel about ourselves.
When I followed the diet regime with Dr Gitanjali , there are some significant changes that came about in my life:
1. I lost weight over a sustained period of time which was gradual, frustrating at times but lasted much longer. Hence for me to even think of a diet for a few years did not make sense.
2. I learnt what suited me and what did not which again over a period of time taught me to manage what I should and should not in a much better manner.
3. I learnt about various varieties of food which I had never known which added a lot of simplicity and not restricting me to one kind.
4. My consultation with Dr Gitanjali definitely gave me the confidence that I could sustain through a diet, say no to foods which I needed to and still not feel bad and most of all eat well.
I would be very keen to restart another round of association with Dr Gitanjali soon and finally a big thanks to her for causing a change in my life….
